What happens if I'm not able to attend a class that I have signed up for?

We understand that life happens and things can come up. To receive a refund for the class or service, please notify us 24 hours before your service. If you notify us less than 24 hours ahead of time, we can offer to move you to the next date of the class, use your payment as a credit towards another class, or offer you in store credit.

What are crystals good for?

Crystals can be helpful in so many different ways, from their minerals to their colors. Colors spin at certain frequencies, and when combined with the heat, pressure and time in the Earth, create energy that can help us balance our chakras. This can have positive benefits on self-worth, mental health, and so much more.

Where do you get all the crystals from?

Crystals form all over the world and can come from any continent except Antarctica. We have crystals from North America, South America, Africa, the Middle East, and Asia.

What is Reiki?

Reiki is the art of moving life force energy (also known as Ki). Every person has energy centers called Chakras. Reiki works to balance and regulate your chakras to relieve stress, anxiety, and more.

What are Chakras?

Chakras are the energy centers you have in your body. These are the Crown Chakra, Third Eye Chakra, Throat Chakra, Heart Chakra, Solar Plexus Chakra, Sacral Chakra, and Root Chakra. Each chakra is related to a gland that controls a part of your body. Chakras are like wheels that spin at a specific frequency, when they spin too fast or too slow we can begin to feel physical and emotional symptoms in those areas. Many different tools can help your chakras begin to realign like: reiki or energy work, crystals, sound,and so much more.

Will I get the exact stone I see in the picture?

For one of a kind pieces like Wire Wraps or larger statement piece crystals, yes. These items will typically have a number at the end of the listing, notifying you it is a one of a kind pieces (ie: Moonstone Wire Wrapped Pendant #1 or Amethyst Sphere #4). For tumbled stones, rough stones, or bracelets, our pictures show you a range of the color, shape, and size of the stone you will receive, but not the exact stone in the image.

Where are you located in Pewaukee?

We are located right across from the lake and towards the end of the road, close to the train tracks! We have parking available in front of the store, as well as in the parking lot near Brewer's Two Cafe.

Returns & Shipping
When should I see a shipping notification?

You should see a shipping notification within 4 days of placing your order, depending on which day and at what time you purchased your order. This shipping notification will have a tracking number from the carrier.

My item was broken/chipped when it arrived, what should I do?

Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we are happy to either refund or replace the item if possible.

Cancellation and Return Policy

We honor cancellations and full refunds within 24 hours of placing your order only. You must email us immediately within 24 hours of your order at siennamoonco@gmail.com and request a refund via email. After receiving an email request for a refund, it can take up to 5-10 business days for the full refund to appear back onto your card. IF YOU WANT/NEED AN REFUND BEYOND 24HR CANCELLATION We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase! If you are unsatisfied with your items, we accept returns of new and unused Sienna Moon items in exchange for store credit/refund if you email us and ship back your item within 14 days of receiving your item. Return shipping is paid by the buyer. Valid tracking for the return must be provided by the buyer to siennamoonco@gmail.com once the return is shipped. The item must be in its original condition and packaging. We do not provide store credit for returned products that are opened, used, returned after 14 days, damaged due to misuse, lack of care, mishandling, or abnormal use. We are not liable for products that are damaged or lost in transit back to us, so please ensure that your item is packaged securely when being returned. Please note that a return shipping fee of $8.95 will be deducted if you prefer a refund back to your original payment method. For store credit refunds, you will receive the full refund in the form of a store credit which you can use for any future purchase at our store, Sienna Moon. Simply let us know your preferred method of refund when emailing us.
