Join us as we connect with the energy of the Winter Solstice. This sacred day marks the shift into the season of deep rest, relaxation, rejuvenation, introspection, and reflection, which we will honor and celebrate in this Sound Healing and Meditation. This sound healing will utilize crystal bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, light language vocals and more to shift and release any stuck energy in your body, so that you can move into this season fresh and without baggage.
